ChainGuard is built with privacy in mind. We don't require email registration, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web. Your wallet address is used only to provide the service.
ChainGuard collects minimal data to operate the service:
ChainGuard uses the following third-party APIs to provide its service:
When you scan a contract or wallet, the address is sent to these services. Please review their privacy policies for more information on how they handle data.
When you connect your wallet through MetaMask or another Web3 wallet, ChainGuard only requests read access to your public wallet address. We never request permission to sign transactions, transfer funds, or access private keys. The connection is read-only.
ChainGuard does not maintain a persistent database of user data. Scan counters are stored in memory and reset when the server restarts or after 24 hours. Pro plan activations are stored in memory for the duration of the subscription period.
ChainGuard does not use tracking cookies. We may use session storage in your browser temporarily to maintain your wallet connection state within a single session.
Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain persistent user records, there is no personal data to request deletion of. If you have concerns, contact us through our official X (Twitter) account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
